Uhh the issue is that it isn't states vs. other states. It's simply urban areas vs. rural - and the urban areas are usually split a lot of times.

Why would it have to be all that? I would think both sides would welcome being able to have like-minded citizens and government.Tried that already, lots of bloodshed.
