I will admit I did not vote for Trump but I hope things go ok, I am a bit worried that we have a republican led Senate, House and president so pretty much anything that Trump wants to pass (within reason) will go through with flying colors. I doubt it. The Reps are as far apart from each other as they are from the Dems. Unless the Congressional leadership can find a way to restore party discipline I expect that Trump will have support on tax policy, repealing the ACA (but no support on a replacement), and stronger border enforcement. Everything else will be a fight.

You could argue it to be a reasonable inference as to the motive behind it, but that's just speculation. It's also the only sensible thing you posted, since confounding the origin of brown skinned people definitely doesn't require or suggest such a belief, and islam isn't even a race.

My sentiments emotionally align with this post. But given that he needs to be two-faced, we might actually see real bipartisanship in order to maintain his facade.

I mean, "former" friend of the Clintons(maybe still is, closeted), all these statements, supporting some Democrats in NY politics. You don't go through multiple paradigm shifts like that while also chasing the carrot of the presidency.

But I do believe that since he was truly an amateur who actually won the presidency, there will be a lot of study of how and why he won the election, not just the general one, but the primary despite his liberal history.

A non-racist may want to disenfranchise black voters because they vote the "wrong way," not because they think their race to be inferior. When indoor smoking was banned in FL I applauded as I regained the right to breath fresh air at work or any place else I was at. The church has no right to tell a woman what she can do with her body just as the left doesn't have the right to tell the church that they're obese and need to be issued calorie ration cards each day to prohibit excessive food intake and lower their body fat. Big religion is out of control trying to force themselves upon the population just like in the old days where the church went around passing judgement on the people.
