1. What YOUR PC will be used for. That means what types of tasks you'll be performing.
-Above all, it's a gaming rig
-Light editing and PS work
-Live streaming
-Multitasking

2. What YOUR budget is. A price range is acceptable as long as it's not more than a 20% spread
$1400-1500 USD

3. What country YOU will be buying YOUR parts from.
USA

5. IF YOU have a brand preference.
Prefer Nvidia, and most likely Intel

6. If YOU intend on using any of YOUR current parts, and if so, what those parts are.
-Using all my current peripherals, CD drive, as well as my two monitors (24" and 23")

7. IF YOU plan on overclocking or run the system at default speeds.
-No plans to overclock, though I may in the future once I learn to

8. What resolution, not monitor size, will you be using?
1920x1200

9. WHEN do you plan to build it?
Realistically I'd like to have everything ordered within a week

*Note: I already ordered Win 7 and a CPU cooler

---------------------

So with that being said here's what I've pieced together to far.

CPU - Undecided between THESE THREE

GPU - EVGA GeForce GTX 680

MOBO - ASUS SABERTOOTH Z77 LGA 1155

PSU - Could use some suggestions

RAM - G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB)

HDD - Looking for a 1-2 TB drive

SSD - Looking for a 128GB SSD. but unsure of what brand/model to go with

Case - A Spacious full tower would be nice, open to suggestions here

Don't think I'm missing anything, so let me know what you guys would add/change.

-Thanks

I think the parts that you have picked out are poor values, as in you're paying too much relative to the performance you get. A little over $1500 will buy you a 7970 CFX machine.

i5 3570K $205 AP
Hyper 212+ $20 AR
ASRock Z77 Extreme3 $115 AR
G.Skill DDR3 1600 16GB $79
Powercolor 7970 Crossfire $720 AR
Crucial M4 128GB $110
Seagate 2TB $90 AP
XFX Core 750W $85 AR
Corsair 400R $100
Total: $1524

Alternatively, you could spend a little under $1400 and get 7950 Crossfire instead. Once overclocked, they will give performance very close to the 7970 setup.

If you CFX the 7950's you could pump the leftover cash into a higher capacity SSD as well.

Out of the 3 CPUs, get the K. In case you want to overclock down the road.

I think you will be quite happy with the cooler you chose, I am with mine.

I have turned Western Digital all the way with my hard drives.

Those Asus boards have a beautiful Windows application, but you could get a nice Gigabyte or Asrock board and use the extra $100 for a larger SSD.

I would pay a few dollars extra and get a video card like this

Should run cool and quieter than the EVGA card.

i7-3820 is not compatible with the Z77 motherboards. It works only on LGA 2011 boards. And yes, I second getting the "K" chip. The Sabertooth auto overclock can be used if you don't want to do it manually.
