The "neocon admin" did not implement torture. I'll take waterboarding over getting bamboo shutes under my fingernails any day. I'm not advocating torture, but your distortion of the facts is disturbing.

I think that he means total war. Look back about 50 years and you will see how different war was. There is no way that we would have won WWII if we were so careful about civilian casualties as we are now. We are very very careful not to hurt civilians in this war, much more so that almost any war in history, so stop calling people a "gawd damn dope" when you don't understand what they are talking about.
