Best decision I've ever made
I don't care for weight watchers or any fad diet, if anything it hasn't been a major modification in my life it's just re-structured it and that's what has made all the difference.

I really dunno what to say about it but it feels that what I eat is boosting my lifestyle instead of "Oh I'll run it off tomorrow" or feeling sluggish or anything like that.

I've lost fat without much effort, I'm telling you guys this because I hope to help anyone who's trying to lose weight.

Don't need a gym or a personal trainer or anything expensive. Just try it and see, I think the best part personally is no calorie counting, fat isn't your enemy, boost in energy and that it's not mega strict, I do have bread and pasta every now and then but it's not a failure by any means.

I'd recommend starting off reading marksdailyapple.com (ignore the ads) and then going from there

Interesting. I think I might do some further research on this. It's basically a high protein, rich vegetable diet. Can't really go wrong with that.

Ive been on a Ketogenic diet for awhile. Major lifestyle change. A little bit into 3 months and I got used to it.

High Fat / High Protein Diet. Zero Carbs + Sugar.

Lost around 40 lbs.

But theres lots of discussion whether or not this is actually healthy or not for you.

Paleo is not zero carb.

I've been on a similar diet this year. It started as a raw smoothie diet of nutrient-rich vegetables and fruits, but I added chicken, fish and some pork to the allowances. I've been getting some carbs but not many. In addition to that I've been workout out nearly every day.

I've honestly never felt better physically and mentally in my life. In fact, I have so much more mental clarity from the moment I wake up, I've completely dropped caffeine drinks because they simply don't seem to give me a boost any more. And for me, more mental energy has always translated into more physical energy.

Paleo is pretty awesome. It does take work for sure. It's not all that convenient to cook so often and turn down cake and pizza I admit; however, IMO, carrying around extra weight and feeling sluggish all the time is even less convenient.

This is me: http://www.marksdailyapple.com/quitting-rice/#axzz1vbrLC54u

this is true and I remember reading your success story! good stuff

We have a big fry pan and containers so it cuts down the amount of cooking we gotta do but we fly through carrots and zucchini.

My family is currently on a combination of the SCD/GAPS Diet due to my Son's food allergies. It's a lot of work to make most everything from scratch, but worth it in the long run(we're seeing big improvements in him). My wife and I are hopping to transition to the Paleo diet here pretty soon.

Bodybuilders have been eating "the paleo diet" for decades. this really isn't a new concept. However it does make sense and is a great diet. Those looking to lose body fat and put on muscle should still track their food intake while eating "the paleo diet".

I dunno man, most bodybuilding diets I've seen rely heavily on rice and oatmeal, and tend to be pretty low (20%-ish) fat. But I digress. Good on ya for the Paleo, it works great!
