Question IWOBAC endoscope camera installation

I recently purchased a cheap Chinese endoscope camera and I am trying to install it on an old Samsung laptop. I know almost nothing about computers and the instructions are not specific at all. Can someone help me with this task or at least determine if it is possible?

I was avoiding posting useful information because as I said, I am computer illiterate and I don't know what information would have been useful. I was counting on you to ask for useful info.
