Honestly, your best bet is destroying the Mosquito.

However, he's clearly not stupid since he managed to find and install the thing in the first place. He'll probably know if it's disabled, he may even have a camera or something to record it.

Id put up a small dish (DishTV style) and point it directly at his house, he'd probably freak out, but couldnt do a darn thing about it.
Put a small metal box outside with a wire running to the dish, then when you know he is home/watching, go open the box and take out a tape (maybe a DLT tape?) and fiddle with something inside the box so it looks like your doing something.

Wait for him to come onto your property to check inside the box, then take pics/video and have the cops arrest him for trespass

I like the idea of mowing your lawn for nine hours straight, though that would probably annoy other neighbors as well.

Have you tried explaining the situation to him and trying to get him to take down the thing? Honestly though I probably wouldn't be able to resist the temptation to break it..

How about throwing several handfulls of lawn fertilizer on those hot summer days? Shouldn't be much of a distraction and would leave the lawn full of discolored (dead grass) patches.

TG2, I love the dish idea! I'd put 50 of them on that side of the house! Maybe flash some big maglight lights in his windows from a good distance to trick him into thinking aliens are landing. "MY FRIENDS HAVE ARRIVED!"

TG2, this is definitely my favorite idea. It's a surefire guarantee to raise his paranoia meter several notches.

It would be hilarious if you could organize a neighborhood parade to slowly march by his house with all of the kids blowing whistles and making as much noise as possible. He might lose the last thread of sanity he has left.

You sue him for creating a nuisance (I'm an attorney who litigates this stuff and I know what I'm talking about). You can't do anything you want on your property -- try downloading child pron, or playing your stereo super loud at midnight, or digging a 120 foot deep hole looking for gold. People love to think they can do anything they want on their property, but they can't.

This jerk neighbor is way out of line and you absolutely do have a legal claim against him. Print out the documentation for this machine and go down to the police station and find somebody to explain this to. If they won't listen, get your favorite attorney and draft up a lawsuit, preliminary injunction, and temporary restraining order. Your ultimate goal is an order from the court (a permanent injunction) preventing this neighbor from operating his mosquito noise device. The order would be enforced by law enforcement and/or the contempt powers of the court.

Owning property doesn't give you the right to create a nuisance. What this man has essentially done is crank the stereo to unbearable levels and put in three sets of earplugs. The law doesn't permit the deaf to create audible nuisances just because they can't hear. Go get em.

what you can do is make stink bombs very easily. get glass jars(not plastic) and crack 1-5 eggs in it depending on jar size. now pee in it, put milk, put stuff that decomposes that will smell, close it up tight and shake it. now dig holes in the ground and put them in there and cover them now let them stay there minimum time of a week when i did it, i waited a year(lmao) and then dig it up now the point of a glass jar is fumes can escape like in a plastic jar. and then what you do at night is throw the jar at his house like front door hard enough that the glass will break. now when he finds it he will have a stink there minimum a week and he might have stains and will have to clean up the glass!!!

what else you can do is make a stain bomb very simple. you get vineger, tomato sauce berry juice, spices(the more the worse smell it will be) and get it all mixed up then get a funnel and pour it into a ballon and tie it up when he is sleeping throw them at his house walls not pavement. and wait for morning when the sun will cook it. it will permanently stain

the problem with bb guns and paintball guns it that he can see that someone intensionally did something by seeing paint or bbs
the best way is to open it up and snip all the wires very short so he cant fix it and if he sees it broke "by itself" he might think the product is bad and wont get it again
