Nope, good old NYC, taken in Brooklyn, probably on the Promenade. The bridge is the Brooklyn Bridge.

Used to live in that area, great views especially during 4th of July.

Props to anyone boosting Okami. Great game that got great reviews but just didn't sell like it should have. Was my favorite game on the PS2 and I honestly am considering buying a DS just to get a hold of Okami-den.
