A ton of sprouts at the bottom to soak up the vinegar. Then some greens. Then broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and purple onions. Add a dash of vinegarette and a lot of balsamic. Finally, fresh ground pepper.

P.S. This is salad #2.

it's ok. broccoli cheese soup is pretty passable there. pastrami on rye is ok too. there are a couple other places that are better but cost twice as much for a sandwich.
