Welcome to the world of OM. I've gotten so tired of them not having the merchandise, that I don't ever want anything to do with them again. I even sent an email to the President of the Company. I did get a reply and he did make sure I got the stuff, but it really isn't worth the hassle.

Alright! When I got home from yesterday there were 2 boxes waiting for me from Officemax! I received 2 Iomega (Lite-On) 12x10x32 drives in one box and a Techsmart paper shredder in the other one. My order was listed as CAN (cancelled) and when I ordered the drives they were listed as CBO. Good luck as you may get yours as well!

Mine showed as cancelled on both orders today, but at least they left the coupon on. $16 including shipping/tax for 2 2.4G cordless phones isn't bad ;-)

shipped makes sense for Dec 5 delivery

I placed an order for one of these drives and got the confirmation email from OM, but my order number doesn't even appear on their website (on the My Account-Order Tracking page). It was listed as CBO, with Delivery on 12/5, but kind of hard to get an update since I've received no cancellation email and no sign --other than the first email -- that I ever ordered the thing.

Picked up one at my local store and scored another one at a OM about 30 miles from my home. Was a nice afternoon drive with my wife last week. Sent the rebates in this morning.

OM.com cancelled the 2 I had on order. Oh well, didn't expect to get those anyway.

I had CBO after I ordered it and CANcelled now as well...it says my order will be delivered on December 10th. You're saying it might still come?

Mine said "Item(s) Shipped" after the first day I ordered, but that didn't mean anything. Mine still say Cancelled under status code.

how exactly did you whine? email or calling? they should just give everyone gift cards like amazon.com did when they listed their dreamcast (?-forgot) for $10 and gave people $10 free.
