Just thought I would post a follow-up. Not so that anyone would think about ever using this company, but more to let people know the level of their dishonesty.
I finally received another call from them regarding finishing my order with them. The woman who first called me didn't seem to have any idea what was going on with my order. Then I received 2 more calls in succession. In the final call I spoke to "Bryan" (if I'm supposed to believe anyone's real name). In this call, Bryan informed me that he was the final say and that my order was now complete. This is despite the fact that I had received a supposed agreement with details on completing my refund. They are now saying that they are not going to refund me anything more.
Once again- I have been flat out lied to repeatedly by people from JC Morris. They once again brought up the fact that I posted my experiences with them on this forum and they are obvoisly scared that their business is getting the shaft now. Now I have to see whether the contract they sent me can be enforced in civil court. You know a company is bad news when you have to go to court to get them to fulfil their agreements.
