Weight Watchers. You're allowed to eat pretty much everything with moderation. It is really a life style change with a support group. It consists of a weekly meeting with weigh in and journal keeping. It's definitely not a fad diet, and requires dedication and hard work. You don't need to do the meetings, you could just do the Points and the journaling but I think the meetings are really helpful. I believe they're running a promotion where they allow you to sit in on a meeting for free (there is normally a cost involved).
I don't know about Jenny Craig, but I believe you're required to eat their food for some of your meals.
