I helped a friend slice up a big jewfish once (he didn't know any better and it was already dead when I got there) so we could bag the filets and bury the skin and head touts suite.
Had a bonnet head in it's stomach, not too much smaller than that poor blacktip in the gif. Sometimes they'll follow you on the reef if you're spearfishing, opportunistic bastards!

Hooked one about that big myself once in about 60 feet of water, but lost it near the surface.
