Well if you got into a grappling match with him assuming the strength, skill, and ferocity of the human you and the cheetah both have good opportunites to kill each other with bites to the neck. The cheetah is built for speed and thus is lightly built and quite fragile. However to get into grappling range is basically promising to give you bad injuries and not worth it.

Now as Simon King shows with the right technique even rapid cheetahs can be stifled and there is potential for more damaging front kicks especially if the man was more powerful. The rabies however is a problem separate from the cheetah and still needs to be dealt with properly or else death is all but assured. Not sure if the black man knew the same techniques as Simon King but it seems not. Even without those techniques it seems the man was able to overpower the cheetah quite easy although throwing the cheetah around and getting them off and away from you are quite different problems.

Honestly I would rate a human about the same as a cheetah on the dangerous scale and both of them are dwarfed by lions especially any male lion.

Now I am not able to find the video right now but contrary to popular beliefs a wolf or even a few of them are not able to actually fight a deer up front in a pure war. However once the deer runs away they basically give up their ability to fight the wolf as he is quite good at dealing with running prey.
