The proportions on everything are completely off, often wildly so. The "Alaska is so big it could contain another Alaska with room for other things" is a clear giveaway, as is the different proportions given to Vermont and New Hampshire (which are really the same size) but they also throw in the continental USA and Russia, neither of which Alaska is larger than. It's a joke on all those "this particular thing is so large it could contain all these smaller things" pictures, the joke in this case being that it actually could not.
