15yr and 30yr are the standard for fixed-rate mortgages, have been for quite some time. There are variants, like ARMs, but generally its rare to see anything other than 15/30 for fixed-rate. Some banks offer their own customized packages, which you're more likely to find at local banks and credit unions who maintain their own portfolio -- not that common anymore, as most sell the normal mortgages almost immediately to Fannie and Freddie but retain the servicing. Thus we have conforming loans, lending standards, and rates generally equal across the board for the major lenders. Few actively carry the everyday mortgages in their own portfolio. Like any rule though, I'm sure there's an exception or two.
