Firefox always does that. YTMND is a mess without flash sync. Some are made for FF, some IE. I think IE's GIF speed is more correct. It's as if FF ignores some standard frame delay when one isn't specified and plays it completely unthrottled while IE gives a reasonable delay.Gah! SLOW IT DOWN!

It wasn't at all like the slave trade. It was more like in-home paid hospice care or a court jester performing and pleasing in exchange for food, room, and board. Even then, they weren't used to form an involuntary work force like the Egyptians did.

When a man strikes his male or female slave with a rod so hard that the slave dies under his hand, he shall be punished. If, however, the slave survives for a day or two, he is not to be punished, since the slave is his own property.
Replace the word "slave" with "indentured servant" and see if that makes it less morally repugnant.
