That guy creeped the hell out of me in every single scene of Inglorious Basterds. He played one of those characters you just couldn't read, so you never knew if he was on to you or ignorant of your treachery.

The scene where he has the strudel with Melanie Laurent and orders her a glass of milk. So amazing and so tense and unnerving.

I was impressed by his charm... in 3 different languages. Italian, apparently, was the only one he didn't really speak.

Going to watch that again in awhile, always thought it didn't get the respect it should have , but it did do well I guess.
