JETech MO880 bluetooth mouse issues....

Bought this mouse to use with my Dell laptop with built in Bluetooth. The mouse does not work until the laptop is fullly booted up to the desktop. Sometimes though the mouse does no work. Is it possible the mouse goes into hibernation mode and refuses to respond?

My sense is that the mouse will not work until Bluetooth is loaded and working.
