Maybe they should get some cats to scare the Falcons away so the Falcons won't get hit either.

But what will scare the cats away so they don't claw at the tires and make poop slicks on the runway?

And what scares away the dogs from "marking" the planes? Lizards?

Get some Lions to scare the dogs away. No dogs will be "marking" any planes at JFK!

And then you have the apes to eat the dogs. Then in the winter, the apes just freeze to death.

I assure you, unless the Falcon's eyes were cut out with a spoon, the Falcon is not going to hit a plane. They have binocular vision and they can hear the plane from miles away. Other birds don't have the level of maneuverability that the Falcon does and thus even with the excellent eye sight, these lesser birds cannot compete with the planes.
