That's probably decent, for just watching video and browsing online.

I was really impressed a few years ago with my Lenovo IdeaPad 100(s?). It was a Bay Trail quad-core Atom CPU, that was able to "Burst" most of the time, 11hr battery life, 32GB eMMC that wasn't too sluggish, thankfully. And a cheap and cheerful 1366x768 11.6" screen. All for $120 USD. Bought some for F&F too.

Edit: To answer some of your questions, it's under 1kg, which seems fairly light to me, and it has a 32GB eMMC, which is like a permanently soldered-on SSD, you can't swap it out like a 2.5" HDD or SSD or M.2 SSD in a "normal" laptop.

This thing is meant to be disposable, and the eMMC will wear out eventually, depending on how much that you use it.

I would recommend, if it has a microSDHC/XC slot, to pick up a larger card (64GB or more), and plug it in, and use that for your storage of personal data and downloads. It will reduce wear and tear on the internal eMMC, saving it for just OS uses, and also, if the eMMC fails, you can pull out the microSD card, and you won't lose your data.

The specs are about as low as you can get for a laptop. It will probably handle YouTube, maybe even HD definition YT clips as well. Browsing these days is one of those tasks that will noticeably benefit from far better processors, so it comes down to personal taste/standards as to whether it's adequate for you, though I'd bet that it will slow to a crawl when a Win10 feature update is being processed.

Also, I've had at least two experiences of this class of laptop with only 32GB storage and running out of space with Win10 despite the customer not having any data on it. Other people say they've not had any problems. I'm sceptical about what the circumstances were, whether for example they involved a clean install (getting rid of all the OEM bundled software). VL's suggestion about getting a MicroSD card and storing your stuff on there is sound, though the AppData folder of your user profile will inevitably use up a couple of GB as well. For customers who have had space problems on this class of laptop I configured Windows to store the entire user profile on the MicroSD card to leave more space for the OS on the 32GB internal storage.
