That's probably decent, for just watching video and browsing online.
I was really impressed a few years ago with my Lenovo IdeaPad 100(s?). It was a Bay Trail quad-core Atom CPU, that was able to "Burst" most of the time, 11hr battery life, 32GB eMMC that wasn't too sluggish, thankfully. And a cheap and cheerful 1366x768 11.6" screen. All for $120 USD. Bought some for F&F too.
Edit: To answer some of your questions, it's under 1kg, which seems fairly light to me, and it has a 32GB eMMC, which is like a permanently soldered-on SSD, you can't swap it out like a 2.5" HDD or SSD or M.2 SSD in a "normal" laptop.
This thing is meant to be disposable, and the eMMC will wear out eventually, depending on how much that you use it.
I would recommend, if it has a microSDHC/XC slot, to pick up a larger card (64GB or more), and plug it in, and use that for your storage of personal data and downloads. It will reduce wear and tear on the internal eMMC, saving it for just OS uses, and also, if the eMMC fails, you can pull out the microSD card, and you won't lose your data.
