I was thinking the same thing- either he's drunk or had a stroke. I don't think he had a stroke- I watch Sportsceneter almost every day, and I'm pretty sure there would have been some kind of special report if it happened (but I've been wrong before...)

Lol, when he first started talking I was like, is it just me or is dude bombed out of his mind. When he kept telling Suzy he wanted to kiss her that pretty much sealed it I loved the booth guys trying to pass it off too. "Joe's just a happy guy isn't he" smooth.

he was definitely drunk.. but what is sad about that? It's not against the law for him to drink.. especially not while watching a football game. How many of you guys watching football yesterday (or today) weren't drinking?
