Joel Osteen is one of those "pastors" that makes me sick. The only thing he serves is the money and the sheep follow. As a Christian I'm just amazed how these swindlers can milk people especially in the US. Prosperity theology and all that bullshit is just so, so twisted. I'd argue that it's a clear heresy and something else masked as Christianity. It's more like some kind of new age nonsense. The clowns put a show and people flood them in money.
Some Christians just don't question them at all which is really sad and just shows that they don't do any research themselves nor read the Bible themselves. You can't just accept everything what people or these "pastors" say. You have to check the facts and check whether or not the things they teach actually comply with the Bible. They can sound very convincing but actually they teach bullshit and lead people astray (while making millions).
