I'm talking about John Titor.

Anyone else besides me skeptical about this guy?

The reason I didn't put a "maybe" is because I want simple yes you believe, or no you don't believe.

Does anyone here think that lady Pamela from the Anomolies website is an obese woman who is really trying hard to believe that John existed? She said she had dreams, and weird occurances that happend because she had exchanged e-mails with him while he was back in the future.

Well those and there is another site, anomolies.net with an archieve of pictures. The link you posted only has two pics of the supposed blue print. At the anomolies.net site there are actual photos of the so called "time machine".

How the hell did they obtain a really really clean, almost new looking old IBM computer? I mean look at the computer, it looks brank new. Usually, the plastic turns yellow after some time. Someone is crazy enough to spend a lot of time creating this hoax.

I wouldn't recommend believing it entirely because, well, there's just no proof that time travel exist or will exist. But I wouldn't recommend dismissing it entirely for the same reason, plus I think what he speaks of is valuable social commentary regardless of its truth or untruth.

So a healthy dose of skepticism is in order. And recognizing that these predicted future events could be a great possiblity given the state of current events should they progress in that direction. They may come true in some form even without someone named John Titor predicting them based on his time travels.

What I never understood is when John Titor was posting on message boards and on IRC that nobody thought to get his IP address and do a trace route or other sort of tracing system and see where that lead.

If he was indeed from FL, the trace route of his IP would give you alot of information on where exactly his computer was located.
