Join Canada?

I think the entire northeast (NY, Conn., etc and up) should secede from the union and join Canada. That way everyone is happy. Those are all blue states anyways. The coasts are welcome to join us!

And I am dead serious. This is the perfect solution to our seemingly divided nation.

I think the point is Bush gets to stay with the red states. Everyone else joins Canada. Bush gets to stay with his devoted followers.

Economically, I think things would work out fine. Agriculture is pretty important after all. But seeing how mostly the blue states are primarily the targets of terroism, I'd love to leave. It seems those that don't have to worry about terrorism think Bush is the way to go, butthose that are targets wanted Kerry.

Fine, KErry can come to as our president/leader/whatever. NY has true concerns with terrorism and had that event, what was it. OH! 911. Ground Zero. And NY thinks Kerry is the way to go.

Why the hell would I leave? Sorry bud, but while I didn't like Bush I certainly wasn't infatuated with Kerry.

I'm simply stating what I believe to be true. The 'blue states' seem to be the 'richer' states.

Seems like you want the 'blue states' to leave anyways. I think that would leave a good portion of the US as backwards as Alabama.

NY, in recent memory, has always been a heavily democratic state. Put any other Democratic candidate in place of Kerry and they still would've overwhelmingly voted for them.
