(Well, ok, so it's not -really- a spoiler....)
The friend has always been blindfolded...
Rusty Nail runs to a gas station where the ice truck guy (and his brand new ice truck) are filling up. He screams bloody murder about this evil guy who kidnapped a girl, begs for iceguy's help. He has to use the restroom so he tells Ice guy to go ahead of him. Ice guy says "I'm cold" so Rusty Nail gives him his shirt and the keys to his truck. While Rusty hides in the portapotty, Ice Guy runs to get the truck and heads toward the hills, knowing Rusy Nail will meet him. He jumps in the truck starts driving away, unmasks the friend, has a "hero moment" where he wants to save the day, sees the guy stuck on the fence and decides to pull a Rambo and smoosh him. Meanwhile, Rusty Nail gets out of the portapotty and drives away in his new ice truck.
