This article and thread makes me sad. Seriously, just tell the kids that it's not right. Why do bored old white people have to drag every little thing into a courtroom?

These are kids that are just entering adolescence, how can anyone argue that this isn't normal behavior? That is the age where kids get curious. I don't know where any of you grew up but it seems normal to me.

You think it's normal for kids to be exchanging nude photos with each other?

I think it's normal at the age of 15 to have Dares with the opposite sex to show them their private parts.

The real question here is, why does anyone care? I understand the photos were possibly being distributed to many people within the school, but if they're all students then they're all roughly the same age. Sure it isn't right for someone to be exposed to many, but stuff like that happens all the time, no reason to punish the kids. It's a dare, everyone has been dared to do something "not right" at some point.
"They were aware some people would see them, but such a large number, I don't think that's true," said Lt. Douglas Ernst with Castle Rock Police.

Hmmm.
I think Roger Daltry should be brought in to investigate this.

If someone put nude photos of your 12 year old daughter on the Internet against her wishes, I don't think you'd call it bogus.
