From other threads about it she was apparently downloading music and games illegally.

In the end, this will likely end his career as a judge but SOL would have run on criminal charges by now.

Spankings are fine and have their place, but that's not one. He was attacking her arms, chest, legs, and back. Plus, the language was completely uncalled for, this guy needs to be shown what a temper like that can cost him.

If that were my dad and I was 16, there would have been a fight. He probably would have won it, but I would have went after him with everything I had. Asshole wouldn't have been able to rest in that house afterward either, because I would have went after him with a belt while he slept.

Its to bad she didn't post it a few years ago. I know people on reddit are saying SOL hasn't been tolled, but if you read the statutes in their entirety it has. For 10 years SOL to apply, there has to be serious bodily injury and she must have been legally disabled. Or it has to be aggravated assault. Neither appears to be the case. If she had posted this/brought it to the attention of authorities 2-3 years ago, he might have been facing 3rd degree felony charges.

If you read the description she is legally disabled. She has cerebral palsy.
