The district court in CO is the first to hold that the Dumpster is in fact an insurrectionist.
BUT, she wouldn't take him off of the primary ballot based on some seriously shaky reasoning.
I don't think even she believes her ruling. But by going this way, she leaves the heavy lifting to the appellate court and ultimately SCOTUS.
Her claim is basically that the exact wording of the presidential oath is slightly different from named offices (I think). Uhh, sure. Kinda a flimsy hook to hang your coat on, but it takes her out of the spotlight.
