UPDATED: I received a loan from a family member in the amount that was stolen. I took off of work and school today to go get it. It's pretty nice. Check it out:

they got me for about 1500 cash, my wallet, my ccs, my license, my cell phone, my gold money clip... n i got ****** up to boot.
i was carrying that much cash cuz i was gonna go buy a car.

yeah... i had that money on me to go buy a car. i'm a college student. i dont have much money. about 3 weeks ago i messed my car up, so i needed a new one. they beat me up (i got my hits in on them) but when i heard the word gun i basically just laid there.
it's the end of the semester... i dont have a car to get to class. i dont have a car to get to work. i'm broke. they took most of my money. finals are coming up. ****** life man... this ****** sucks so ****** much.
the cops wouldnt give me my money back... they said it was evidence, and i'd get over it. i have to go to court and go through some long ass process to get my money back. they probably stole it.

it was 2 on 1... me and the one dude were throwing punches. the other dude grabbed his waist like there was something there... i was thrown over his shoulder (like some karate ******) and they said they would shoot me.

yes they apprehended them at there home about an hour after it occured.

i'm 5'8" and i weight 145lbs. I don't really look like a target. you sound like the ****** detective that took my statement. i asked her if i don't press charges if i could have my stuff back. she said the state pressed charges and that i had to go to court to get my stuff. this is bullshit i just need my ****** money so i can buy a car so i can go to school and work. life sucks a fat one. i do feel like i just got raped man. i dunno what to do or where to turn or anything. i told her i desperately needed that money and she said you'll live. what a bitch. i'm calling the police station tomorrow.

they apprehended 2 out of the 3... the other one that's out there somewhere has my licesnse... he could come to my house. i dont have a gun although i really want one now, and have for a while. nj license to conceal is really hard to get. ****** this state.

Thanks for the kind words everyone... last night i felt like it was the end of the world. I'll get through this though. It's just a set back. I'm chalking the money up as a loss, i think the police are going the steal my money... why wouldn't they give it back? It's just scumbags win in this society and the little guy that's trying his ****** best gets the shaft. I woke up this morning dizzy and my jaw felt locked up. my leg isn't working right. I'll just have to bus/train whatever i can to get where i need to go. I bought a new cellphone and wallet today. I'm just going to try to move forward with this. The police said there is some victims relief fund i can contact. I'll be calling them. Thanks for the support. To those that don't believe me, go ****** yourself... and eat your words when i get the police report.

I called the court today and the detective said they're still being held, they're being charged with felonies. She said they retrieved a little over 1k. they have my money clip too. she said court would be in a few weeks and i'll be contacted by the DAs office. Once I get the report you guys get to see them.

I didn't get the police report yet... apparently they want me to pay for it . I'm going to talk to the detective monday and see about getting one for free. Is a copy of the questionaire the DAs office sent me good enough for now?

Alright... I they just sent me a subpoena for tomorrow. The last thing I went to was the pre-trial thing to determine if he had a court case. So, I need to go to court tomorrow. I gotta ask the DA what to do about getting my money back. The police are still holding it and now it's really pissing me off because I'm switching jobs and not gonna have money for a few weeks so I really need it. Hmm...
