Here in good ol' Florida, Department of Agriculture (department who issues CWLs) has started a program for all of their satellite offices - the express program. Just bring your NRA certified training certificate, a money order for $115 bucks, they do everything there - fingerprints, picture, fill out the application electronically. Takes 10 to 15 minutes. Best thing, you'll have your CWL in less than five business days.
I have a saying now - "Get your CWL in a week!"

ouch. those NRA classes are like $150 and then you have to pay $115 for the license too? glad I live in PA. It was like $20 for the license and I had to wait about 3 weeks.
