Yeah get the NF7. That's what I got, I love this mobo. The Vcore goes all the way up to 2.3 volts, not that I would recommend going that high on air cool. It does undervolt a little. I have it set at 2.0 in the BIOS, but MB mon reads between 1.89 to 1.94, usually sits at 1.92. Vdimm goes up to 2.9, NB to 1.7, AGP up to 1.8. Great mobo.

whats the vdimm, isnt it like 2.9? That sucks so bad. I was giving my mushkin 3.3 on my DFI board and it was loving it. I would rather Abit made the max vcore 2.1 and gave us 3.3 vdimm.

My ABIT board overvolts my RAM by about 0.1V so Id be able to reach 3.0V.

The board undervolts my core by around 0.4-0.6V.

Thats not the board, thats the powersupply.

Nah, not really. Most boards generally overvolt or undervolt regardless of what powersupply is hooked up. My A7N8X overvolts the vcore regardless if its hooked to my Enermax 550w or the true430 i had, and others have said the same thing.

i had a bad experience with Abit,and they put the ATX connector in the rear center of that board. its a f**king joke. i wonder what the hell they were thinking. it would block the one fan i have in my case...

I don't think so... but if 2.2Hz==3200+, then by extrapolation 2.5GHz = (2.5/2.2) * 3200 = 3600+ . At this point it doesn't make sense because there is no P4 with a speed of 3.6GHz (yet), and if there was it would way outperform an Athlon at 2.5GHz.

Of course it makes sense, because you can overclock a P4 easily to 3.6ghz. So you can compare them.

Yeah you're right. It would make interesting reading but I bet the Athlon would get hammered (excuse the pun!).
