Just wanted to share my experience so far, maybe for anyone on the fence or ready to click the checkout button. I fell in love with this case when I saw it and now that it's here, I can say it's everything I hoped it would be. I just can't shut up about how much I love this thing.

I'll start off by saying that I haven't actually assembled it with hardware yet. I'm still waiting on fans to arrive. Nothing against the stock fans' appearance, but I have an orange themed build and I will be replacing the stockers with the orange Xigmatek XLF's in 140mm and the front mounted 200mm.

That aside, I've owned a variety of cases over the years. Everything from your bargain bin $30 Antecs to an almost $500 Caselabs Magnum M8. I have never seen such attention to details and so many luxuries in a case, especially at this price point. This is going to be one that I'll hold on to for a long time.

I was going to write a sort of mini-review, but rather than make a gigantic wall of text, I'll just say that there's only one thing I don't like about this case. It may turn out to be trivial, but the 3.5" HDD bay sleds feel flimsy. I can't imagine them being quiet with a drive sitting in them whirring away. They actually look bowed while empty, and bend very easily. Who knows, I could be wrong and they might turn out to work just fine with minimal vibration. Even if they're a bit of a disappointment, I have plenty of tricks up my sleeve to make them functional with as little as a few dollars and a trip to the hardware store.

Anyways, I'll update as I play with the case more and get some hardware installed. For now, that starry-eyed look I had for this case when I saw it online hasn't faded after seeing it in person. Unless I run into something seriously wrong with it during assembly, I would say it's leaps ahead of everything else out there even close to its price range.

I'm glad to hear that it holds up as well in real-life!

I've been really impressed by what I've seen from both the Enthoo Pro, and the Enthoo Luxe, I think Phanteks has really hit a home-run with these!

I'd be interested to hear more about your experience building in it, and in particular how the 3.5'' bays hold up.

I'll definitely post back when I start some assembly. I should've ordered the fans at the same time, but I was on the fence about swapping some of them and made the decision after I got the case to go ahead and do it. Not to mention that the 200mm Xigmatek is pretty hard to find nowadays.

The drive sleds are really flimsy now, but I would imagine once the drives get into them, they will be a lot more rigid. The biggest concern is just vibration and noise. I have a large amount of drives going into the case so any vibration issues will show up pretty quickly. They're pretty much clamped in by plastic and the sleds don't have any kind of dampening against the drive cage, which caught my attention right away. Past builds have taught me that this type of drive mounting solution can lead to nasty resonance coming from the cage area.

Regardless, one of my easy fixes for this is electrical outlet insulation from the hardware store. It usually sandwiches between the sleds and underneath the drive really well. It's also dirt cheap and you can easily cut it to fit areas. I usually pick them up for like $1.50 per pack of 4, so if that's all it takes I won't really be disappointed.

Everything else about it is just perfect. I really can't believe it took any of the manufacturers this long to get this type of package together.

I've been looking seriously into swapping my 750D for the Pro/Luxe, just not sure it'll fit the existing WC gear I have

What kind of gear are you looking to put into it? If you want any details of certain areas let me know.

Well considering the Monsta + push/pull fans is 136mm and that my tube res sits behind it, would be useful to know how much space you have from the front to the motherboard area.

Welp I'm not sure why I did it, but I ordered one anyways so I guess I'll find out on Thursday when it gets here (or Saturday when I have the day off)

Well I just finished my build. Putting everything together was fairly easy. I had a few gripes which I'll post next, but here's a gratuitous few shots of the finished product. Camera phone does this no justice. It's freaking gorgeous in person.

Ok so now for the gripes. Keep in mind I love this case more than any other one I've owned. But of course nothing's perfect, so I have stuff to whine about.

1) Right angle SATA plugs are awesome. Until you meet this case. If you populate the bottom 5.25 bay or the first HDD sled in the top cage, you're in for some cursing if you don't have straight SATA plugs. The HDD sleds and cages just don't play nice with any wiring at all. The sled tabs get in the way, the joining point for the two cages is awkward to bend wires around. It's just not fun to wire these two things. HDD cage is still the ONE thing I would beg them to re-engineer. The drives are quite quiet to my surprise though, despite the flimsy feeling sleds.

2) The pre-installed wiring is pretty much undocumented. My advice is to take it all apart anyways so you know exactly what's what.

3) I could've used only one drive cage. Using just the top one would've been awesome, giving a ton of room to stash loose wiring below. However, even screwed down, the top cage hanging by itself is anything but sturdy.

4) The Phanteks logo in the odd shaped window. It has screws. I was hoping it would be removable so I could mount my XSPC temp gauge there. It's not removable (in the way you would think). If you remove the screws, it's just a plate. There's solid steel behind it. Dremel time anyone?

Other than those, I can't complain about anything. It was fun to build inside, or at least as much fun as you can have before things go wrong like they do. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Can haz hardware specs?

It looks very nice!

It's a little dated now. I never upgraded because I honestly didn't see the benefits over the cost.
