what standardized tests ? I got my Bachelors in Comp Sci from UC Davis over here. Went to high school over here also. Didnt go for job b/c i saw more potential in running my own business.

The attorney just called up my father and told him that my petition/appeal has been approved and we have won the case (the legal way - following immigration laws/procedures). Took ~9.5 long years for this day. My life was stuck for the past 9 years between all the processing times, paperwork, some approvals, some denials, appeals, more processing time, etc. etc.
I couldn't even believe when I got the news. I cannot be more happier. Just a few months longer before I have the actual card in my hand (again, processing time delays)
The automated system still shows my case as pending but most probably, it just needs updating.
Just wanted to share with all of you.
