Hmm, a bit odd.. I received the new motherboard yesterday but haven't gotten a return shipping label yet. I checked the site and it doesn't have anything on the "RMA Number issued". Anybody else running into the same problem?

I just got my board today, and I didn't get a shipping label from FedEx to my e-mail yet either.

Same problem as you as well - no update on the RMA page, not even my RMA Number. However, I did get an RMA number through the e-mail notification I got yesterday.

Did you by chance FAX your credit authorization? I faxed my copy in and it took way longer than I had expected - I was actually getting worried the fax didn't go through or something. It seems to me people who e-mailed got faster service - but who knows.

Just to re-enforce what was already mentioned here - it is a full retail box they send you. So don't sweat it if you already used up or loss all of your old accessories that came with the MB - since you can just take out the new board and send back the old one with the new accessories you just got.

I was under the assumption that Micro Center would contact us again as to what the procedure would be.

MC is currently accepted mobos back.
Stock is pretty thin depending on where u live, so just check their site and see if they have your board instock.

I got email from FedEx with return label link to Asus RMA center.

I did not get any label. I had to print it from link provided.

they dont send any "labels"
they send you link to a FedEx page that has your individual info on a label you print
Which then you have to stick onto the carboard box you put your mobo box in and use clear shipping tape over it

Still no link to the Fed Ex shipping label. It's still "In Progress". Frustrating! I just want to return this board to them!

I don't think Asus is sending return labels.

The e-mail I got from Asus provides a link to a page that I should print out and take to the local FedEx site. They will then print out the return label, take care of it, and give me a receipt. Simple if you ask me...
