Cut a fresh pear it half, scoop out the middle. Sprinkle some brown sugar/cinnamon on it, put a spoonful of rum in the middle (where you scooped out seeds). Bake at 350 or so until sugar carmelizes. Take it out, drizzle chocolate on it..... Now that is yum.
