Just heard on NPR - AMAZON.COM's 800 Customer Service Number.

Yup, I found out about the number a while back ago. Actually used it again last week to find out about the delay in one of my orders. You wont find the number on their site anywhere tho, except maybe right after you place an order.

I don't know if it is just my good fortune but whenever I had problems with Amazon.com, they were easily resolved through e-mail. Never needed to talk to them.
