I just spent 45 mins on the phone with a guy to convince him to do about 40 key strokes (restore a backup) in the right order, most of the call was "no don't hit that" and him responding "deewww whut nao?"

Anyone who's ever done it or been to a training class, or has the comprehension skills of a 12 year old can do it in less than 2 mins.
