Just measured my apartment; I knew it was small but not this small!

Nope I have a full size queen bed that does not have a frame, hehe I f'ing hate futons!!

That's crazy though. I'd go nuts very quickly in a space that small. That would basicly be like being stuck in my bedroom whenever I was home.

Main room is 12'x12'
The kitchen and bath is 12'x10' (easier to measure as one room...)

Sometimes the size isn't everything. I'd prefer to live in a smaller apartment in a better place than in a big house somewhere in the fields, obviously. That's b/c I don't like to spend lots of time going from point A to point B. When it takes you half an hour drive just to get to the shop to do some minor shopping, well, not funny, IMO.

Wow! I thought mine was small at approximately 450-500 sq. feet. I've been here for almost 4 years though because the rent is very reasonable without being a dangerous ghetto unit in full-on ghetto scenery (this allows me to build savings), and I've fallen in love with the convenience of living adjacent to downtown. I also hate moving, so next time I move, I want to own the place I'm moving to.
