Just paid off my VISA!!!

It was only at $2000cdn but for a student who only works full time during the summer it was a pain in the arse! I am finally debt free! My truck, and my computer is paid off! I have no student loans, and I still have 1.5 months of full time work in a job that I love right now! Albeit, it helps that I am living rent free.

I would, but when you work 20 hours in two weeks during school you need a backup... especially for Xmas and then 3 B-days in January. If I was working full time all year I would cut it up. It has served its purpose. I have perfect credit rating since I have made every payment on it for the last 4 years.

It's strange how having $1000 in the bank and and no debt feels worse than $3000 in the bank and your VISA at $2000. Sometime about the dollar figure in the bank account changes your feeling about it. I just got to keep reminding myself that I have no debt.

My next financial goal is to graduate for University with no debt and then to own a house by the time I am 30. Not paid off a house of course but working on a mortgage.
