I used to, trust me, if you can get the other in your area, give it a shot.I use Kingsford charcoal because it's cheap and readily available. $10 for two 20lb bags at Home Depot, Lowes, or Walmart during the Memorial, 4th July, and Labor day sales. Can't beat that.

Things taste smoked just cooking like normal.
Just suggesting, I have an Aunt up near Ocala who is a food maniac as far as prepping for company and the way she does things, we told her about it and she loves it too, and only uses it now.
