Gotta say, it's not made anywhere near as well as the old EVGA 8800GTX 512 that it's replacing. The plastic cover that goes over the card just seems to be loose & ill-fitting. I stuck my finger on the fan to give it a whirl, and it hung up on a small wire loom right underneath.
I had to stick a pencil in there between the fins of the fan & push the wires down so the fan would spin. The 5 year old 8800 card has been in three computers, still runs great, and the tin cover on it is solid enough to make it a very comfortable card to work with.
Plus, the new card has 1 VGA output and 1 DVI where the old card had two DVI's.
Hmmm, I hope this thing works OK. It just ~HAS TO~ be better & faster than the old card. But my first impression kinda stinks.
