Just watched "21 Grams"

I borrowed the DVD from a friend. Wow, I really enjoyed this movie. I liked the way the story was told, and the acting was great. It's really sad, and depressing... almost brought a tear to my eye? Anyways, go check it out, this is a good movie.

I thought it was very well acted like you say, but I didn't get into the story at all so it was a bit slow for me.

It was a great movie, and GREAT acting by Penn. But it was a bit slow for me... still, i enjoyed it.

Sean Penn has actually become a great actor (whoulda thunk it?) and i did enjoy the movie, not great but pretty good.

The story was good, but the execution wasn't. Memento and even Pulp Fiction are good examples of a movie where the scenes are out of order but it works for the movie. In 21 Grams, the chaotic feel they were trying to create was superceded by the confusion from trying to follow the plotline.

IMHO.

i just saw this movie....too episodic in its unfolding...too much human condition and tragedy and a fragmented sense of character development.

The story wasn't that great and I felt they told the story the way they did in order to try and make the story better.

They failed, IMO.

it was ok. didnt really seem too plausible or...even in a fantastic realism sort of way. it held my attention and it made me think. everyone in it was good.
but i wasnt a huge fan.
