This was pretty much a given.

What is also a given, and won't be looked into and punished, is that all of this was clearly a lie to smear, hurt and imprison Hillary Clinton.

She was set up. She is targeted over and over again.

The Seth Rich murder was being pinned on Hillary, just for the heck of it - see if it sticks. She had nothing to do with his murder. Yet, there is a clear and conscious effort across social media in making it 'known' she is responsible for his murder, as the person who ordered his killing. It was even revealed it was Russian trolling.

And Benghazi - holy shit. THAT was an actual and legitimate Nothing Burger. Yet, it is accepted by conservatives that Hillary Clinton issued some sort of order to have Americans murdered at the hands of terrorists.

Pizzagate - children being held captive in a pizzeria basement of a pizzeria that has no basement, all on the orders of - yup, the Clintons. And, on a side note, Pizzagate as of a year ago became some sort of FBI project that was trying to stop kid trafficking.. and if you made fun of Pizzagate (specifically the efforts of Right wingers trying to paint the Clintons as child traffickers), you were enabling and promoting pedophilia.

The Clinton Kill list... I mean, really? Some guy walked by Clinton in 1980s, said guy died at the age of 89, due to 'cancer' - but, he was really brutally murdered by the Clintons because he knows Bill had 20 illegitimate children with the various women he banged and then murdered after they gave birth to his children... yet, Monica Lewinski and Paula Jones are perfectly fine.

The Clintons are NOT clean and pure. They certainly have skeletons in their closets (Bill's infidelity alone is proven). But, it is no where near as dirty & vile as conservatives are trying to make them look. These accusations are projections and/or spiteful lies.

It doesn't really mater to them, because the goal of having the investigation, is to say that there is an investigation. They aren't really trying to find anything, they just want to cast doubt.

Trump does this all the time, if he thinks his opponents will accuse him of X, he accuses his opponents of X. That way when they do accuse him of X, even if their claim is back by facts and his is not, it will still looks like both sides are the same. It's a deeply dishonest strategy, but very effective in a polarized country.
