Damn good mugshot...

My prediction: bail by noon, PST, sentenced to community service (i.e. donate to a charity) in a few weeks.

My prediction: Bail my noon, lunch at 1, cocaine by 2:30, hookers by 3, alcohol by 8, hookers by 11 and back to sleep at 4am.

sounds reasonable

Winners!

11:36 AM PT -- Justin left the jail just moments ago ... climbing on top of an SUV and waving to a crowd of fans.

Even if he is convicted(as defined by the INA) of misdemeanor DUI, misdemeanor drag racing, misdemeanor resisting arrest, and the felony vandalism, he likely won't be deported. None were crimes of moral turpitude or aggravated felonies. His DUI is a misdemeanor since his is under age. He blew a .04, which is over the .02 limit for minors. A conviction for that is a $1000 fine and up to 6 months in jail. His license will also be suspended for 6-12 months.

TV anchor: I am sorry, I read that wrong. "Justin left the jail just moments ago ... jumped out of a van and waved a weapon to a crowd of cops."

His history with authorities now absolutely will come up if he ever applies for citizenship and it speaks to a history of poor behavior. If it continues he will be at risk of getting booted.

His substantial financial holdings might help him get around all those pesky immigration issues?

Unless he is convicted of 2 crimes of moral turpitude or an aggravated felony, it is highly unlikely he will ever be booted.

The felony vandalism case will probably never go to trial as it doesn't appear they have the evidence to do so. But even if it did its neither a crime of moral turpitude or aggravated felony.

His crimes last night were minor misdemeanors and the resisting will probably be dropped. IF he doesn't have any more run ins he would probably eventually get US citizenship if that was his desire(I don't think it is). If he continues to have run ins, he will never get US citizenship, but he will likely not be deported for minor scrapes such as these. If he didn't already have a green card it would be different. It would also be different if he somehow were to lose that green card by being outside the US for an extended period of time (> 6 months), as he might not be granted a new visa to get back into the US.

He's under drinking age but he's not a minor so his DUI should be every bit as bad if not worse than what a 21+ year old would get.

He isn't going to be convicted of any of those charges the way they read currently.

He could possibly plead to the DUI, and receive probation. He will lose his ability to drive no matter what.

As far as the vandalism charge, that will be dropped after he agrees to compensate the owner and the owner will drop the charges.

We are ants to him. Kids that move into fame an fortune never really experience the hardships, stresses, and pressures of life that us "ants" experience daily. Sure he has pressure, but it's more of the kind that can be explained by him thinking "Why should I live by the rules of the ants! I'm not an ant!" "You can't pull ME over!" "You can't tell ME to take my hands out of my pockets. You're an ant. Ants don't tell me what to do. I already told you I don't live by your ant rules."

And then hopefully one day he will realize that no matter how much money, fame, and power you think you have acquired, you are still an ant like the rest of us. Or he will crash and burn and believe he was above the ants until his last second on Earth. Either way there is a big crash coming for him. Either a physical one (hopefully not) or a mental one where he comes down to Earth. I hope it is the latter.

Looks like the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Especially when the tree is starting to rot the apple. Fucked up if true, can you actually blame the kid when he has millions + shitty parents?

Justin Bieber just ratted on one of his drug suppliers to police -- telling cops, HIS MOM is the one who gave him the prescription medication he took shortly before his DUI arrest.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, cops grilled Bieber on what substances he had ingested before his arrest ... and the singer admitted he was under the influence of Rx meds, alcohol, and weed.

When asked what kind of Rx meds, we're told Bieber said anti-anxiety (such as Xanax) but he wasn't sure exactly what kind ... because he just takes whatever his mom Pattie gives him.

It's unclear if he has his own prescriptions for the drugs -- and his mom just handles them -- or if he's using his mom's prescriptions ... which would be illegal. If Bieber does have a valid prescription , the presence of the substance in his system probably won't be held against him.

As we reported, when police raided Bieber's house following the infamous egg attack, they found Xanax pills in the home ... so it all syncs up.

If I had fiddy mill and the army of girls flinging themselves into his pants at his age, I'd most likely be dead by now. Or look like I were dead.

The DUI carries a max six month sentence so he probably won't even be on probation. He will pay the $1000, do community service and be forced to take alcohol classes. The resisting arrest will be dropped for sure. The drag racing just carries a fine.

Anyone thinking he's going to be imprisoned or deported is insane. The economic benefit of him being free far outweighs any sort of justice or repayment to society gained from deporting him or locking him up.

He was also under the influence of other things that are illegal no matter what your age is.

They said they couldn't verify his prescription and that his mother gave them to him. Doesn't mean he doesn't have a script.
