Most of your newer model ATI cards will support through the DVI port or through the ATI HDTV dongle. There are some problems with desktop flipping to virtual desktop without some real tweaking but games don't do it. What you are talking about is a HTPC, and this is almost a hobby onto itself. For some basic information that helps with your question view

To be clearer - this TV has the DVI port so you don't need the dongle. You may still encounter the virtual desktop bug(s) and possibly the other issues dealing with tweaking to get the refresh rates/resolution correct.

Has anyone found any customer reviews of this TV? OR does anyone reading this OWN one - and can tell us how they like it? I have searched "hells half acre" and CANNOT find any "real people" reviews of this unit. Sure looks great BUT read some real BAd reviews of their 48" unit above this one (WP30) that scared me pants off. Have till 20th to make decision whether to take the gamble.

Yes, but you have to worry about screen burn in with them. From what I have read it can happen after marathon game sessions (5 hours+)
