K7S5A Pro/Windows XP looping shutdown/restart

Just installed:
K7S5A Pro
1800+ CPU (not overclocking)
(1) 256 Ram (Crucial 133)
GeForce 3 Ti200(with latest drivers)
SB Live(with latest drivers)
Toshiba DVD
Windows XP w/ SP1 (clean install on a new Maxtor 40gb)
Antec SX 1030 (300 watt ps) All bios reported voltages are well within limits.

The system is rock stable. I shutdown the system, and it just restarts. I push and hold the power button and the system turns off for a second and restarts. The only way to turn the system off, is by pulling the plug. Also, when I put the plug back in the power supply, it starts without hitting the power button. No shorts found. Weird. Any help appreciated. Thx.

I've had a few shuttle mobo's do that to me, you need a replacement motherboard. the short is internal on the board.

Not sure if this makes a difference, the first time I started the system after putting it together, I used the power switch. So, I'm wondering if that would rule out your theory? Unless the short happened after I started the machine. I don't know...............................

Are you sure you just don't have your case LEDs and switches hooked up wrong? I've seen it happen many times, and I've did it a few times myself......
