K8N Neo Platinum Problem

Hi.I just got the motherboard yesterday. The spec is:

Athlon 64 3200+
K8N Neo Platinum
512MB Crucial DDR 266
Enermax 350Watt PSU


Now my problem is an odd one. I start up my PC, and everything is fine, XP boots etc. However. when I turn the computer off, the power light will have a flash at the front, the light stays solid for a few seconds, disappears, and comes back on. In this state, when the power switch is pressed, the computer does not come on and the light continutes to blink. The only option is to turn off the PSU, wait a minute, then turn the PSU back on and the PC will be fine. When I restart from windows (Start--> Restart), everything works fine. I checked in Control Panel and it is selected so that it never Power Saves and so that when the Sleep Button is pressed it does nothing. Still have the same problem.

I am using the latest BIOS, I was thinking that it maybe something to do with Power Saving, is there a way to totally disable it?

Your ps may be on the light side. I've been following the problems encountered with a couple of the MSI boards here---> MSI User Community
and it's recommended to have a ps with a bare minimum of 24a on the 12v rail. This could be causing your problems.
