as a owner of a abit ka7 mobo im wondering when do we see a bios with a soft-cpu-multiplikator like the one in the kt7? c'mon, abit its the same chipset.. (and i dont want to buy a gfd)
do you really believe that only because the pins are different they couldn't implement it? the slot and the socket athlon must have the same pins, the design is not important and the mobo-bridges are not that different, the only major different is the cpu-slot/socket.
oh and would you have thought that anybody can change the l2 cache settings within the bios last year when the athlon was released? or when the ka7 was released?
