Using Jason Mick as a source is the same as using Theo Valich as a source - an embarrassment to the poster.
This Roadmap is for Valleyview-M only (and not confirmed by Intel). Valleyview-T launch window is between August-October 2013. For Temash, there is only a very short window before Valleyview-T is coming into tablets. We can't expect Temash tablets before August-September.
Small hint, there are 3 types(actually 4 types.). That roadmap is only for 1 type.
AtenRa,
Those slides are from a May 2012 presentation. A lot has changed since then. The company's official announcements are for Holiday 2013 availability.

Product Name: Next Gen Intel® Atom processor for tablets (Bay Trail -T)
Product Introduction Date: August-October 2013 (Date/Time TBD)
June probably refers to the desktop version which was always scheduled for Computex.now sites are saying June for Richland. It has been shipping since January.

maybe. But then when is mobile coming? Its almost may.
From Intel.com Januar or February 2013:
Perfectly fits into the "first Bay Trail tablets holiday 2013" statement from Intel at IDF Beijing and CES.
There is no release date in this slide. I don't expect Valleyview-M/D this year either, but I expect Valleyview-T and Valleyview-S (Avoton) later this year.
Well let's not forget that Intel delayed it's Cedar Trail atoms from September 2011 all the way to January 2012. Intel is quite as flawless with Atom as it does with Core and Xeon line.
Plus Clovertrail+ tablets are supposed to come out in Q3 which is an awfully short period of time in between launches.
The problem for AMD is Haswell.... it ll probably be slightly faster than the Richland APU's IGP.
Haswell IGP: DIRT3 1080p High Quality settings, no AA: (looks smooth)

A10-5800k IGP@1050mhz: DIRT3 1080p High Quality settings, no AA: (45-55 fps)

The first slide (BayTrail-M) i have posted is from January 2013.
That tests the GT2 GPU. Haswell has another mobile SKU with a GT3e GPU, which is supposedly equivalent to a GTX 650M. That gets around 80 frames per second in Dirt 3 on high, as seen on NotebookCheck.
Does anyone know when Haswell comes out?
I get what your saying.
The HD4000 isnt the highest level iGPU intel has.
It has a HD4600 too, which is about 18-25% away from performing like the A10-5800k.
In Hitman: Absolution & DiRT Showdown.

Delays can happen to anynone. Currently with all informations we have Valleyview-T is stated for a launch this year.
Clovertrail+ is a Smartpone only product. It won't come for tablets. For Smartphones I don't expect Bay trail coming this year.
According to anand on twitter Clovertrail+ tablets are supposed to come out in Q3 although he isn't sure on that one.
During the Q&A he was asked if Clover Trail + will be headed to Tablets, he answered:
No
